To submit grade school class images, send TIF files or JPGs to me by following this link: When scanning grade school class photos, set the output size to any dimensions approximating 8 inches by 6 inches or 1280 by 960 pixels and 300dpi. I will prepare them and place them on the page for view. I encourage you to provide the names of the students in the class images. Also provide teacher name and class year (if needed). Pithy comments and gentle repartee are welcomed (I'll even consider smart ass remarks). Also, let me know if it's OK to use your name as the image provider. Please forgive spelling errors and mistaken identities. I will immediately correct them upon notification. Names followed by a ? usually means I just don't know or I think that's who's in the picture but I'm not exactly sure. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Glen Davis and I spent some serious hard time in the hall of Ralph Witters Elementary during this school year. This picture is a real treat! This school year has haunted me all my life. I didn't get off to a good start in this class and I wonder if that poor performance dogged me the remainder of my school years?

Remember TP'ing Mr. Pfaff's house on Halloween? He'd invite the kids to trick or treat and TP his tree and he'd serve hot cider. Then he'd invite everyone back the next day to clean up the mess. One of my fondest memories as an adult is when I sat next to him in the VFW club drinking a beer and talking about school and old times. I was in my late 20's at the time and he asked me to call him George. He even paid for the beer! I felt so grown up! He was a good man!
